How long will it take for me to receive my product after my order has been paid for?

What is my return policy?

You have 30 days to return the item to us in its original condition. Any modifications or changes to the product will void the original warranty.

What if my item/package arrives damaged?

When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the packaging appears damaged, complete the following steps:

1) Take a picture of the damage.

2) Then please send an email to [email protected] immediately with a photo.

3) We will contact you directly with next steps.

4) Do not discard the box or packing material, otherwise the shipping company will not accept your claim.
